With a decade of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Development field, Nithis’s current role as Human Resources Director allows him to work with a diverse range of people. He manages the overall relationship between the Government Sector, private sector, and a portfolio of business units.

Nithis has a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Prince of Songkla University. He has experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, having worked for tenth years in Human Resources and talent Development field, most recently and currently as HR Director, and at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya and Hotel baraquda Pattaya where are belong to Heeton Holding Company, Singaporean nationality for 4 years.

Nithis is a values-based leader with significant leadership experience in staff engagement, culture change, reward, performance development, employee relations, equality, diversity and inclusion, and health, safety and wellbeing.

At Heeton Holdings Company, as HR Director, Nithis is responsible for strategic and operational HR management, leading the HR Division to deliver an agile and responsive service. He and his team are leading the delivery of our People Strategy, in support of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.
