Nithis BEN-AR-LEE is a Senior Human Resources and Quality Management Executive with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Leadership, Organisational Development and Quality Improvement within the hospitality industry. He currently serves as Senior Cluster Director of Human Resources and Quality Improvement for Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya and Hotel Baraquda Pattaya, managed by Compass Hospitality under Heeton Holdings (Singapore), where he leads the strategic direction of human resources, learning and development, organisational culture and quality excellence across both properties.

Throughout his career, Nithis has successfully driven transformative people strategies that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, succession planning, organisational effectiveness and service excellence. His expertise spans strategic HR management, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, quality assurance, guest experience improvement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), workplace health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Known for his people-centric leadership and commitment to operational excellence, Nithis has played a key role in fostering high-performing teams while aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. His passion for continuous improvement has contributed to enhanced employee performance, elevated guest satisfaction and sustainable organisational growth.

In recognition of his professional expertise and industry contribution, Nithis has once again been invited to serve as a Judge for the HR Excellence Awards Thailand 2026, joining a distinguished panel of HR leaders to evaluate and celebrate outstanding people practices and innovations across Thailand.

Nithis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Prince of Songkla University (International Programme). He is passionate about developing future leaders, cultivating exceptional workplace cultures and driving organisational excellence through innovative HR and quality improvement strategies.
