Panuwat Benrohman brings with him a wealth of knowledge with nearly 20 years of consulting experience, as well as leadership, from various management positions. Before joining Minor, he held the position of Managing Director of Kincentric (Thailand), formerly known as Aon Hewitt, and Minor Food has been one of his key clients over the past few years.

Leveraging his analytical skills and logical scientific approach, he has transformed himself from a young physics scientist into an experienced consultant. Over his consulting career, he has helped several clients to transform – not only to thrive, but also to outperform competitors.

Having worked with clients from most, if not all, industries, he has developed a thorough understanding of how each mechanism in the business operates and how it impacts the overall business performance.

With experience in a wide array of people disciplines, Benrohman has the holistic and strategic view of how people can enhance successful business results, and at the same, time he can be tactical and lead people initiatives to create a sustainable and positive impact on the organisation.

In addition, he also dedicates his time to facilitate educational sessions for the Board Nomination and Compensation Programme for the Thai Institute of Directors Association. The organisation plays a key role in the leadership development of executives as well as providing consultancy for good corporate governance for companies across all industries in Thailand.

Not only does he have a solid connection within his professional network, he takes pride in giving back to the community. He is the chairman of Thai Muslim Foundation for The Welfare of Natural Disaster Victim where he leads the community to support those in need of help.

As part of the Minor Food executive team, he works closely with Minor Food’s CEO, hub CEOs, deputy COOs, brand GMs and the heads of functions. Hub HR heads will also report to him. He will also play a key role in transformation initiatives across businesses.
