Pattaraporn Thanyaratsakul has 10 years of experience in HR professional roles and prior 10 years of experience in Engineering leader roles from various industries and multinational organizations – Beverages & Foods, Tires, Laminates and Coating industries. She earned Master Degree of Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and MBA at National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Pattaraporn began her career in engineering field at Avery Dennison Thailand, Process Engineering Manager and Lean Six Sigma Leader at Omnova Thailand, Continuous Improvement Manager at Goodyear Thailand before shifting to HR Manager there in 2013; managing Thailand’s manufacturing human resources leading Thailand Operations organization transformation. She brought with her a well-rounded experience in engineering, improvements, people developments, labor management, strategic HRBP, technology and capabilities in HR end to end processes, to lead HR Operations at AB Food and Beverages Thailand. Now Pattaraporn is currently Head of Human Capital Business Partner – Operations at Osotspa. Prior this role, she held Head of Human Capital Services for Osotspa group.
