Currently, Ritthawat serves as the Regional HR Director for Solmax Geosynthetics in the APAC region, overseeing over 650 employees across 11 nationalities, six manufacturing plants in three countries, and eight sales offices in seven countries. In this role, he provides strategic HR leadership, develops HR-specific programmes, and supports the Asia/Pacific business strategy. His notable achievements include HR harmonisation in two mergers and acquisitions, integration and reduction in people costs, implementation of a regional compensation philosophy, benefits benchmarking, and the successful establishment of a new plant in Suzhou, China.

Ritthawat’s career has been characterised by significant contributions to various organisations. As the Human Resources Development and organisational development Manager at Grohe, he developed and implemented HRD strategies, reducing turnover rates and enhancing employee engagement. At M I B Holding, in the Double A Group, he led HR development projects, including management trainee programmes and succession planning.
