Rungkarn (Jane) Ratanaporn is a HR leader with her personal mission to connect people with purposes to unlock possibilities. She is fascinated by human stories, their diversity, and their potentials. She has lived and worked in 4 continents in the past 20 years, including the UK, USA, Australia, and Thailand.

Jane has started her HR career in human capital consulting, then moved across to the Corporations in a variety of HR roles, including Learning & Leadership Development Advisor, HR Business Partner, and finally the HRD role. She was the Country Head of HR for Australia and New Zealand with Merck Pte, and relocated back to Thailand during COVID-19, taking the HR Director role with Diageo Moët Hennessy Thailand.
