Saifon is Chief People Officer at TGH, holding company has mainly operated in Insurance and Financial Business, leading people and culture transformation during the time of significant change post pandemic.

Saifon has more than 25 years of experience in multi-industries, most recently serving as People Director of Aetna Health Insurance Thailand, the world leading health insurer under CVS Health Group. At Aetna, she focused on post-merger integration and responsible for all HR functions including talent development, DE&I, C&B as well as labor and employee relation.

Before joining Aetna, Saifon served as HR Director at Allianz CP General Insurance and Thai Cardif Life Insurance. She transformed and modernised the company’s people agenda and priorities. She championed the technology and practices in engagement, recruitment and performance management. Previously Saifon held senior HR role at Central Retail Corporation, leading multi-category retailing platform in Thailand. She started and grew her career for 15 years with Shell Company of Thailand.
