Suwitha Takerngkiat is a distinguished Human Resources leader with over 14 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the HR Leader at Johnson & Johnson MedTech (Thailand), Suwitha has been instrumental in transforming the company’s HR practices, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her strategic vision and ability to implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals, and she is on the frontline of guiding, inspiring and encouraging leaders to perform and change. Suwitha is also an active mentor and advocate for emerging HR professionals. Outside work, she is passionate about life coaching for kids and volunteered herself to support kid coaching programme to develop mindset skills for happiness, confidence, self-esteem, resilience, self-leadership, and so much more.
