Thanthawin Khuruangtrakul is a dynamic human resource executive with more than 15 years of key responsibilities and progressive experience in strategic human resource management, strategic execution as well as customer experience management. His professional experience includes strategic talent management, strategic capabilities/leadership development, employee experience design, organisational development and change management.

He has proven his strengths to deliver organisational success in creating a corporate digital academy, agile for HR/HR for agile (culture of collaboration), and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

At Kasikornbank, Thanthawin is the Strategic People Solutions Head. In this role, he is responsible for designing corporate HR strategies with the focus on digital transformation, which includes its digital academy, digital centre of excellence, strategic workforce analytics, and planning, HR transformation and HR support for over 23,000 employees.

In addition, he also serves as the co-leader in the human resource development network in Thailand, which requires leading and managing a portfolio of many projects and shared service models with cross-functional participation and collaboration from more than 50 HR experts from leading companies in Thailand.
