Mrs. Udomporn Punpatch, Chief People Officer, have been with Tipco Asphalt Group for 34 years in a main responsibility of human resource management. With the Group’s main businesses in asphalt manufacturing, marine, asphalt refinery and road construction, she has earned an intensive experience of people management in different stages of business cycles.

Besides the manufacturing environment, Mrs. Udomporn’ s exposure in the people management also extends to other service industries that the Group has been diversified to, including hotel, office building development, and high-end athletic club management.
