Vaibhav is the Head of Talent & Organization Design at Nestle Indochina. He loves reading, swimming, investing and helping people achieve their full potential. His current role covers Talent Acquisition, Learning & Training, Talent Management and Organization Design for Indochina Region, (Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos) for Nestle, covering more than 3000 employees spread across 8 factories, field-force teams and head office.

Vaibhav’s HR career started from being the HR Manager for a unionized factory of 1200 employees for one of the largest FMCG organizations in India. It was in this formative role that he learnt about the use of right incentives culminating in signing and implementation of the first long term agreement.

He has also worked as a Senior Consultant with EY providing HR consulting for small to mid sized organizations (revenues of USD 75-400 mio.).

With Nestle, Vaibhav has done multiple roles including as HR Business Partner for Nutrition business in South Asia which is the largest business for the market.  He has also done a role at the Nestle Global HQ in Switzerland as HR Business Partner – Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa at which time he worked primarily with ASEAN and SAR countries in supporting them to develop their long term HR strategy aligned with the business priorities.
