She has experience with multinational firms such as packaging solutions, pharmaceutical, consulting and insurance business. With her vast experience in various industry, she is well-versed with transformation culture/enterprise, leaderships and organization development.  In order to successfully managing HR department and the full spectrum of HR functions, she always reminds herself that “no single approach fits all”.

She possess a Bachelor Degree in Humanity and Diploma & Master degree in Business administration.
