Wassana possesses strong educational and professional background in Human Resources from top tier consulting firms and multinational companies. After she finished her master’s degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources from Michigan State University, USA., she started her career in HR & Change Management Consulting in top tier consulting firms including Mercer, Accenture, and IBM. She, then, moved to Corporate HR in multinational companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and dtac where she acquired hands-on implementation experience. Currently, she is working as the Head of People Development & Culture – Asia at Lotus’s (Previously known as Tesco Lotus).

With more than 20 years of various experience, she has proven expertise in HR strategy, HR transformation, Organization Development, Change Management, Culture Integration, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Assessment Center, and Performance & Reward Management.
