This will allow you to return to this page any time before the deadline to edit your submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that you will need to input your contact information in order to save your submission. Judges can mark you down for exceeding word limit.<\/li>\n<li>You may enter in multiple relevant categories, but please ensure each entry submission form is tailored to the specific category to increase your chances of winning.<\/li>\n<li>Please create your entry submission using the respective entry submission form without altering \/ deleting the words in the header.<\/li>\n<li>Entry forms for team categories are different from the individual winner categories. Please use the correct form.<\/li>\n<li>For <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.humanresourcesonline.net\/hr-excellence-awards-th\/5-tips-on-writing-a-winning-entry\/\">tips<\/a> on how to write a winning submission, keep reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Submission Deadline&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Submission Deadline&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>19 June 2026, 6pm SGT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Judging Criteria &#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Judging Criteria &#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to the specific category criteria listed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.humanresourcesonline.net\/hr-excellence-awards-th\/download-entry-guideline\/\">entry guidelines<\/a> to understand the key areas that the judges will be scoring your entry against.<\/p>\n<p>Your entry submission form should contain a maximum of 2,000 words (total) with evidence to support and address each of the criteria points outlined in the \u201ccategories and criteria\u201d section of the entry guidelines document.<\/p>\n<p>Each section holds a maximum potential value of 10 points. When reviewing individual entries, the judges will decide how many points to award against every criterion out of 10, so please ensure each area is fully covered in order to achieve your highest possible score.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programmes \/ campaigns \/ systems \/ initiatives entered should have demonstrable results from the period <strong>of January 2025 to March 2026<\/strong>. Initiatives or strategies developed and implemented prior to this period are also eligible, provided the results\/impact were measured during the past year.<\/li>\n<li>All categories are open to HR teams in organisations based in Thailand. The organisation may be privately owned, public listed companies, government or NGOs.<\/li>\n<li>All programmes \/ campaigns \/ systems \/ initiatives must have been implemented and carried out for the Thailand office or for a regional and\/or global office \u2013 the programme must have been spearheaded by the HR team in Thailand. Should a category or categories be dissolved, entry fees in that category\/categories will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>Should your entry be shortlisted, your entry details found on the online registration site will be reflected on the website, trophy (presented on the awards night, should you win) and on any other awards-related materials. *Please take note that we will omit Inc, Corporation, Pte. Ltd, PT, Berhad, Sdn. Bhd and etc in order to follow our editorial design guidelines in all marketing collaterals including trophy.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that after the submission deadline, all details on the entry submission form, including company names, credits and so on, are FINAL and can NOT be changed and\/or transferred to another party. Any changes made after submission will be charged 10% of the entry fee per change.<\/li>\n<li>All judges are bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and contact with entrants. You may wish to prepare this in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Any or all information (unless specified as confidential and for use only by the awards jury) may be used during and after the HR Excellence Awards gala dinner, and on any and all related materials, including trophies, signage, certificates and write-ups in Human Resources Online.<\/li>\n<li>In your core submission document, you are required to fill all sections. Keep your answers as concise as possible, and do not exceed the respective sections\u2019 word limits. To ensure a fair judging process, please note that judges have the authority to provide zero marks to you for a particular section in the event that you have exceeded the word limit.<\/li>\n<li>Tailor your answers based on the category you are entering and please refer to the category descriptions below for a detailed description and the expected deliverables. The respective components add up to 100% of the judging criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Judges have the authority to mark down entries without qualified evidence and recommended information as indicated in the entry form. If you are submitting more than one entry, tailor each entry to its respective guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Any specific information or content intended for judging purposes only must be clearly indicated in <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">red text<\/span> or <span style=\"background-color: #ff0000;color: white;padding: 2px 10px 2px 10px\">highlighted in red<\/span> and will not be used for other purpose and will not be disseminated beyond the judging panel in any way.<\/li>\n<li>Please take note that the\u00a0<b>core submission and supporting documents must\u00a0<\/b><b><b>be submitted in pdf <\/b><\/b>format\u00a0for privacy and confidentiality protection issues.
