Rodjanamon, or Rung Jaismut, is the Head of Executive Recruitment at Central Group. Her role is to manage and provide the strategic selection and hiring of human capital for all critical positions across the key business groups.<\/p>\n
Before this, she worked with the CEO and Board Practice of Heidrick & Struggles in Singapore and worked as Associate Principal, based out of Thailand, for the APAC industrial and financial services practice. She brings more than 15 years of executive search experience with global companies and international conglomerates. She has conducted critical assignments at the regional and global levels and works closely with multi-stakeholders to drive the people strategy and develop high-performing leadership teams.<\/p>\n
Her passion is in diversity and inclusion. Rung is an active guest lecturer in her free time. She has been invited to share her experience on global recruitment, talent mobility and cultural intelligence with the postgraduate students at NIDA Business School (National Institute of Development and Administration).<\/p>\n
She received a bachelor\u2019s degree in international relations from Chulalongkorn University, and is a law graduate (LL.B) from Thammasat University, Thailand.<\/p>\n
