Becky Mak, a seasoned HR with nearly 20 years’ experience in the retail industry, strong in driving people strategies to support business growth.  As Head of Human Resources at Max Mara Fashion Group, she is leading the APAC HR team to perform full HR functions at regional level as well as local markets, successfully support the market’s business changeover into Company’s regional portfolio and integrated the people to a new united family.

Prior to Max Mara, Becky has been with different fashion and luxury brands at their different stages of business status, demonstrating her strong ability in bridging HR strategies with business.  Being the HR business partner, she is with strong business acumen, excellent communication and analytical skills, good understanding on people and agile to cope with market and business needs for best people strategies to cultivate a motivated workplace for employees.
