She is responsible in formulating people strategies to support the business and working closely with a team of People and Culture enthusiasts in cultivating great experiences for talents that cross paths with Swire Hotels. Prior to joining Swire Hotels, Charissa has held several senior HR positions in the hospitality industry, including Shangri-La and Rosewood. In addition to her expertise in HR, she also had the opportunity to enrich her involvement in managing hotel business and running the operations as a Resident Manager, based in Beijing.
