Dr. Chester Tsang, Head of Learning at MTR Corporation, provides strategic support for professional and leadership development, corporate culture enhancement, and customer-centric service delivery. Previously, as Head of Management Training & Organization Development and Acting General Manager – Human Resources (Mainland China/International & Development), he oversaw HR management and staff development functions.

Chester’s cultural change programs earned global and local HR awards, including the Association for Talent Development “BEST” Awards (1st in Asia, 2nd worldwide), the Global HR Excellence Awards, the Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises Award, and the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Award for Excellence in Training.

Chester holds an MBA, a Doctorate in Education. He is also certified as a Certified Global Master Trainer, Knowledge Management/Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, a Master Performance Consultant and a registered Professional Coach.
