Cindy Chiu is Human Resources Director, Asia at AtkinsRéalis, where she leads people and culture strategy to supports business growth and workforce transformation across the region. With nearly two decades of experience spanning engineering services and nuclear, management consulting, investment banking, and asset management, she partners with senior leaders to build high-performing teams, develop future talent, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Cindy believes that people are at the heart of every great organization and that investing in talent is fundamental to long-term business success. She is passionate about creating workplaces where individuals and teams can thrive, and is a strong advocate for continuous learning, leadership development, and laying the foundations for the future of work.

Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Cindy led Human Capital Management for Oliver Wyman in Greater China, managed Asia operations at Asiya Investments, and served as APAC Business Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and is deeply committed to fostering professional growth and social impact in the workplace.
