Being a strategic partner of the management team, Cyrina drives numerous innovative measures in the company to promote people and organizational development aligning with corporate goals. Specializing in change management, Cyrina has led the company to achieve breakthroughs amidst the pandemic and overcome challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Cyrina is passionate about nurturing the hotel and HR professionals and juniors from different aspects.
