Dave Pearce began his career in London for five years; placing niche technology contractors into investment banks for a recruitment agency. Dave then moved onsite with Goldman Sachs in their Human Capital Management division, first in London, before relocating with them to Hong Kong in 2014. He has since held regional Programme/Operation Manager and Business Partner roles at Morgan Stanley & HSBC before joining ‘The Caravel Group’ as General Manager for talent acquisition. This background has given Dave broad exposure across the contract/permanent talent acquisition markets, on a global scale, and the challenges each environment brings. Dave is particularly passionate about enhancing the candidate experience during the talent acquisition process.
