Ellis received her Bachelor Degree in HR Management from University of Tasmania, Australia, then proceeding to complete her Executive MBA program from the RMIT University, Australia. With the completion of her Advanced Diploma, Level 7 and as an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, CIPD® U.K.

She has over 28 years of professional experience working in Operations, Management and Consultancy for various corporate conglomerates, from a large renowned law firm, M/s Zul Rafique & Partners in Malaysia, prior to joining Multi-National Companies, like Fujitsu Systems Business Malaysia, Group HR Head; Hewlett-Packard Inc. as Global HR Business Partner for Software & Support Services, Lenovo Technology (HK) for HR Business Partner-Head of HR, and presently as ASEAN Head of HR in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

She has supported Sales Go-To-Market and Global Support Services Organization at Regional and Global strategic level, then subsequently was appointed as Head of Human Resources. Her leadership journey includes engaging in strategic business planning where HR drives the execution of a wide spectrum of HR interventions and change management strategy within the business to support the Business Transformation program.
