Izhan Fariz is a Senior Vice President at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), responsible for Organisational Effectiveness. He has over 22 years of working experience, spanning IT, management consulting and HR. He began his career in IT, where as a Computer Science graduate he joined PwC and subsequently IBM.

He then joined Accenture where he began to specialise in the area of Organisational Transformation, helping clients who were undergoing restructuring and changes in operating model. His next two organisations were former clients from when he was with Accenture, which are Maybank and Sime Darby, the latter at which he held the roles of Head of Group Talent Management and Head of HR for Sime Darby Healthcare.

He later joined UEM Group to head the Organisational Development function and later stepped up into the Head of HR role. He has led various aspects of HR Transformation work, including Organisational Review & Design, Workforce Optimisation, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering and Change Management.
