Jimmy Lee is the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development at Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited (Formerly known as Hong Kong Television Network Limited), the Group currently engages in the development of Hong Kong’s largest 24-hour online shopping mall, HKTVmall, providing an “one-stop shop” platform to people in Hong Kong, including entertainment, online shopping, delivery service and impressive customer experience.

Jimmy specializes in talent acquisition and development with solid experience in the retail and E commerce industry. In HKTV group, He leads his department to drive talent acquisition, learning & development, staffs retention and engagement in order to fulfil the group’s talent need and pipeline to support the growing business.

In order to cope with the rapid change and fierce competition in the E-commerce market, he drives the changes and execute responsively by innovative methodology and collaborative leadership in talent aspect.

Jimmy studied his degree in the US and has been working in San Francisco, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Taiwan and Hong Kong so far in his career history. He likes outdoor activities and water sports especially rowing.
