Kareena’s experience in banking and finance covers employee & industrial relations, talent acquisition and management, HR risk & compliance. Kareena fully subscribes to the concept that HR leaders function as a liaison between business leaders and the organisation at large to ensure HR services strategically align with overall business objectives.

Kareena trained as a lawyer and has a special interest in employee relations. Prior to joining Danajamin, Kareena was the Human Resource Relationship Manager for the retail banking division at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, with previous stints at CIMB Aviva Berhad, Kuwait Finance House Berhad and Standard Chartered Bank Berhad.
