Having tremendous experience in HR management positions for MNCs with US and Italian organizations across different industries. As a business partner and internal consultant to provide strategic HR solutions to leaders with diverse client groups. Karina has proven track records in building talent & organizational capacity aligning with business strategies in terms of talent acquisition, employee engagement & retention and people development. Highly capable of facilitating organizational changes, including Mergers & Acquisitions and organizational transformation projects. Holder of Master Degree in Human Resources from University of Macquarie; and Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University of Napier.
