She has built her career at respected hospitality companies like Cathay Pacific, W Hotels, Christie’s, and Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Mona is dedicated to ensuring excellent customer experiences through consistent, professional service.

As an HR executive, she collaborates with leaders at all levels to align people strategies with the organization’s direction. Mona also guides staff through major operational and cultural shifts, such as mergers, acquisitions, and global transformations, helping the organizations maintain positive reputations during critical transitions.

Mona is a Chartered People Development Professional (CIPD) and holds a master’s degree in human resources management.
