Patsy Wong is the Director of Human Resources at Pirata Group, a leading Restaurant Group in Hong Kong with over 400 employees. In her role, Patsy oversees all aspects of the organization’s human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
With over 16 years of experience in human resources, Patsy has a proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and support the company’s business objectives.

Prior to joining Pirata, Patsy held HR leadership roles at several fast-paced, high-growth companies in the Property Development Conglomerate and Commercial sectors. She is known for her collaborative management style, strong business acumen, and ability to translate HR best practices into practical, pragmatic programs that positively impact the employee experience.

Patsy holds a Bachelor’s degree Economics from City University of London and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
