As the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), he leads a team of 33 and oversees executive search, recruitment, and contingent workforce resourcing. Prior to joining HKJC, Paul served as the Vice President of Recruitment at Galaxy Entertainment Group.
