Queena Pun is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than 35 years of experience in the industry. She is currently the General Manager, Rewards and Organization Development of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, responsible for overseeing the Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems & Analytics and Organization Development functions of the HR Department to drive reward and people strategies as well as HR digital transformation in supporting the Authority’s long-term development.

Prior to her current role, Queena was the General Manager, HR Relationship Management of the Authority providing leadership to the HR account servicing teams.

Before working for the Authority, Queena was General Manager, Human Resources of the Sino Group and had worked for the HR functions of other organizations including Hospital Authority, HK Telecom/PCCW and MTRC.

She is currently also serving as an Honorary Advisor of the Manpower Developer Award Scheme under the Employee Retraining Board.
