She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources, Asia, at Centric Brands, where she leads organizational setup and drives transformation for the Asia sourcing business.

Rosa brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational development and design, business transformation, change management, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Centric Brands, she held senior HR leadership roles at Dr. Martens, VF Asia, and Timberland, where she successfully navigated complex challenges and delivered innovative HR solutions across diverse cultural environments.
