As a global leader with extensive experience in both multinational corporations and family-owned businesses, Dr Sabrina Tin currently serves as the Chief People Officer for Hop Lun Group, a globally recognized intimate apparel manufacturer. In this role, she spearheads HR transformation, change management and talent upgrade for the company’s 30,000 employees worldwide. She has received a number of recognitions throughout her career including ‘Best Reformer’ and HR Innovator Award’.

Sabrina holds doctoral and master’s degrees in a number of prestigious Oxford University in the UK. She has been invited to teach and speak at numerous events both in Hong Kong and internationally, including Shanghai University, the HK Polytechnic University, HKU SPACE, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the HK Federation of Youth Groups, JobsDB, and LinkedIn.
