Tina Au-Yeung is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Emperor Group, a local conglomerate with eight different businesses and 7 individually listed companies. Tina is a strategic partner to Group MD and Chairman and her role is to develop optimal HR operating models for the business units, that include excellent centres for a) business partnership; b) performance and reward; c) talent management; and d) governance. Prior to joining the Emperor Group sixteen years ago, Tina was the Regional Vice President of Human Resources of Liz Claiborne, Inc in Asia. She holds a Master and a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration.
