Wicky Cheng is currently the Global Director of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development at Fresenius Medical Care Asia Pacific Limited, leading the talent management agenda in Commercial Operations in close partnership with the business. Wicky focuses on establishing the talent framework, driving the talent pipeline and development, initiating diversity and inclusion, and fostering a learning culture and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Fresenius, Wicky held HR positions in leading multinational and local listed companies, including New World Development Company Limited, FrieslandCampina Hong Kong Limited, Imagi Services Limited, and Shun Tak China Travel Ship Management Limited.

Wicky was a mentor for the CUHK Mentorship Programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for many years and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) majoring in Human Resources Management from The Hong Kong Baptist University.
