Her expertise spans a wide range of industries, including Finance & Banking, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, IT, NGOs, Casinos, Management Consulting, and Education across the Asia Pacific region and the United States.

Throughout her career journey, Winnie has trained more than 3,000 business leaders, managers, supervisors, entry-level staff, and youth over the past decade.
