Prior to Max Mara, Becky has been with different fashion and luxury brands at their different stages of business status, demonstrating her strong ability in bridging HR strategies with business.\u00a0 Being the HR business partner, she is with strong business acumen, excellent communication and analytical skills, good understanding on people and agile to cope with market and business needs for best people strategies to cultivate a motivated workplace for employees.<\/p>\n
