In this role, she spearheads HR transformation, change management and talent upgrade for the company\u2019s 30,000 employees worldwide. She has received a number of recognitions throughout her career including \u2018Best Reformer\u2019 and HR Innovator Award\u2019.<\/p>\n

Sabrina holds doctoral and master\u2019s degrees in a number of prestigious Oxford University in the UK. She has been invited to teach and speak at numerous events both in Hong Kong and internationally, including Shanghai University, the HK Polytechnic University, HKU SPACE, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the HK Federation of Youth Groups, JobsDB, and LinkedIn.<\/p>\n
