She has also gained exposure on other areas such as HR Consulting, Training & Employee Development, Remuneration Survey etc.<\/p>\n

Before developing her career as a strategic in-house TA and HRBP leader in reputable global corporations, she worked in various search agencies as a recruitment specialist for middle to senior management professionals particularly in Banking and Finance Sector in Asia.<\/p>\n

Carmen has obtained the Master of Training & HR Management from the University of Leicester, and the Bachelor of Social Science – Government & Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an NGH and PBH Certified Hypnotherapist.<\/p>\n
