With over 20 years of experience in adult education, learning, coaching, and mentoring, Zufar has been able to apply this expertise and develop people across different industries: hospitality, educational establishments and learning consultancies.

Multi-cultural exposure in countries like United Arab Emirates, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Russia, and Mainland China allowed Zufar to adapt his approaches and create innovative culturally versed learning solutions to meet the business needs.

Zufar holds the City and Guilds International Certificate in Training Skills and is a certified NLP Practitioner.
