His HR expertise and deliverables are demonstrated from various industries including banking BPO, insurance, oil & gas, railway communication engineering and global offshore maritime and transportation.

He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International from HRCI, an internationally recognized certification for HR leaders that validates HR competency and mastery of HR principles in strategy, policy development and service delivery in an international setting.
