Alexander is currently the Head of Human Resource at MPI Generali, providing leadership in key areas of human resource to support long-term organizational performance and capacity building. He is an agile, seasoned, technically capable and experienced Human Resource leader, with many years of experience spanning several roles, geographies and industries, including insurance, banking, electronics, high technology, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing and energy.

Alexander has a track record of strengthening organizational human capital and HR transformation, including experience in driving cultural change, managing organizational change, managing talent, improving employee engagement and building capability.
