She has joined PropertyGuru in 2019 as Head of People – Marketplace, Malaysia where she is driving the talent strategy in a high growth market. Almas possesses core HR experience with dynamic industries like Banking, Advertising & Hospitality. With a diverse exposure to international HR systems and strong business acumen, she has an innate ability to cater to the different business needs as HR expert.

Prior to joining to PropertyGuru, Almas has been associated with organizations like Citibank, J. Walter Thompson, Avari Hotels International and Soneri Bank Limited where she has managed a broad spectrum of talent management activities covering from acquisition to engagement and organizational development. Her forte is to spearhead the HR function while managing a firm balance with company financials.

Almas graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Pakistan.
