Amir Zamri is the Head of Rewards at Taylor’s Education Group (TEG), where he oversees the compensation, benefits, and payroll functions across all institutions within the TEG Group, including K-12 schools and higher education institutions in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. In this role, he is dedicated to enhancing the career experiences of his colleagues throughout TEG’s diverse businesses.

Amir’s career spans multiple industries and areas of expertise. He has excelled both as an HR consultant, offering HR solutions to a diverse array of clients, and as an internal HR practitioner within private companies and a government agency. Before transitioning to HR, Amir began his career in the non-profit sector, where he focused on ensuring quality education access for all children in Malaysia, regardless of citizenship status or nationality. He firmly believes that education is key to nation-building and the future of the ASEAN region.
