This has given him an exposure to B2B, B2C and manufacturing operations.

His key strengths as a HR Business Partner lie in his ability to understand the business deeply and then advise my business heads in managing and retaining talent, establishing governance and policy framework. His forte lies in the areas of Strategic HR, Business Partnering, HR transformation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory and Change Management.
