He leads a team of Country HR Leaders and HR Program Managers to implement programs and strategies that support the company’s growth, new site expansion, leadership talent acquisition, development, and cultivate great workplace experience and employment branding. Experienced HRBP and have successfully partnered with various senior business leaders in Dell Asia Pacific and Global to enable businessTalent agenda, organization development and people transformation initiatives.

Andy has awell-rounded experience in leading multiple Sites, Countries and Business Units as a Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Business Partnersand in various HR Shared Service roles. Prior to Dell, Andy has experience managingHuman Resources Operations, Employee Relations, Learning & Developmentfunctions in a multinational semi-conductor company.

Andy has successfully developed and implemented numerous best practices programs around Organization Talent Planning, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, Employee Resources Group, Wellness Benefits Programs, Caring Leader Program,Career Development and Sales Performance Management that have significantly alleviated a strong HR business partnership, talent retention and employee experience. He has also championed employer branding initiatives and has won multiple industry Employer of Choice and HR Innovation awards for Dell Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand& Vietnam.
