Aziz is currently attached to Ranhill Group of companies, heading the Group Human Resources team, responsible for the overall human resources management and development for the entire group of companies, with around 4,000-employees strength. He was previously attached to a US MNC as the Global Talent Manager, managing the global LMS and Business Learning, Global Succession Planning, leading the APAC talent management and leadership development. An accountant by qualification, Aziz is experienced HR Generalist with end-to-end HR cycle management, with experience in various local and multinational organizations in several industries. He has successfully completed various HR projects including setting up and implementation of HR strategy, policies & procedures, HR turnaround, roll out of HR systems and automation, regional HR supplier management and HR enterprise risk management. He has solid experience managing multi-layered business and HR stakeholders interfaces regionally and globally, with multi-geographical locations from Asia Pacific, Middle East to Europe and Americas.
