Has over 25 Years’ experience in HR, HR Consulting and Sales & Marketing.  He is a C-Suite HR leader with experience in leading and transforming HR and org cultures in the Asia Pacific Region.   He is recognized as a trusted business partner, coach & advisor to CXOs and senior management teams.  

As per of his consulting career, he has helped organizations in diverse industry segments ranging from IT, ITES, Banking and Financial Services and Manufacturing in facilitating change initiatives pertaining to people and performance.

Balaji is passionate about people development and helping businesses achieve its potential through its people.  He is a firm believer of “keeping people first” at the foundation of any organization and culture building process.

His 2 decades of work experience spans businesses in different contexts ranging from start-ups, scale-ups and scale-downs.  This very experience gives him the strength to evaluate business needs at the apex level and design interventions to address the need of the hour initiatives.

During his tenure with Goodhope, he has led the HR team to win multiple awards in Leadership Development, Management Trainee programs, Engagement initiatives and HR Excellence

He is an avid reader, speaker and known at work at an enthusiastic, energetic problem solver.

Academically, Balaji is a Mechanical Engineer with a post graditation in Management and in HR Management.   He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD UK.  He had done HR management and Analytics course from Wharton Business School, USA and is also a certified Compensation and Benefits specialist from AON.  He is a certified facilitator in Leadership, Sales, and Psychometric profiling.

He is married to Pradeepa and has two daughters – Subhashree and Harinee.  Pradeepa is a home-maker, Subhashree works as a Consultant with KPMG, London and Harinee is pursuing her medicine in Australia.
