With over 18 years of experience in the recruitment field, Basker is a passionate and energetic talent acquisition leader who thrives on finding and attracting top-notch talents for various industries and domains. He has a proven track record of leading talent acquisition operations in the ASEAN region, covering medical, semiconductor, FMCG, engineering, telco, banking, pharma, IT consulting, finance, shared services, and BPO sectors. Basker is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring systems and is responsible for supporting the needs of Dexcom’s new factory site in Penang, located at the Batu Kawan Industrial Park. He is also a part of the global TA leadership team and work cross-functionally to understand the business needs and drive recruiting execution while monitoring and reporting analytics.
