Che Zulhaimee Bin Abdullah has 30 years of experience in human capital and administration. He started his career in 1992 as a management trainee with TM. He assumed various positions in TM including Head HR & Admin for R&D Division, Head HR for Penang State, Manager IR/ER & HSE for Northern Region, Head Organisational Development & Industrial Relations, TM Net (a wholly owned subsidiary of TM), and Assistant General Manager, HR Business Partner, TM Consumer Division and his last position with TM was as Assistant General Manager, Human Capital Business Partner, TM Global.

In 2012, he joined Scope International as Senior HR Relationship Manager for the bank’s largest contact centre in Malaysia. He then moved to PROTON as Senior Manager, Industrial Relations and Union Management in December 2012. In July 2014, he joined DRB-HICOM and was seconded to Composite Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM) in Melaka as General Manager, Human Capital and Administration until April 2019. Currently, he is the Vice President, Human Resource at Honda Malaysia since May 2019. He is also a Research Fellow for National Human Resource Centre (NHRC), Adjunct Professor at DRB-HICOM University and Industry Advisor for various local institutions and universities.
