Fee Ling Haw is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across CARSOME, Master Builders Solutions (formerly known as BASF Construction Chemicals), and Schneider Electric. At CARSOME, she is responsible for leading the Malaysia team while overseeing the regional HR business partnering function. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving a company-wide transformation that significantly enhanced business margins. She has streamlined processes, improved operational efficiency, and ensured HR strategies are aligned with business objectives, strengthening HR’s role as a strategic partner in the organisation.

Her career spans both dynamic tech environments and highly regulated industries, where she has led regional transitions, succession planning, and cultural change across ASEAN and Pakistan. Beyond CARSOME, Fee Ling has worked with global and regional partners to improve HR effectiveness through digital tools that support collaboration, engagement, and talent acquisition.
