At CARSOME, she is responsible for leading the Malaysia team while overseeing the regional HR business partnering function. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving a company-wide transformation that significantly enhanced business margins. She has streamlined processes, improved operational efficiency, and ensured HR strategies are aligned with business objectives, strengthening HR’s role as a strategic partner in the organisation.
